The study also examines the degree of teachers\u2019 job satisfaction. In addition, the study aims to explore the possible relationship between the leadership style adopted by school principals and the level of teachers\u2019 job satisfaction.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Methods:<\/em><\/strong><em> Towards this scientific purpose a qualitative research was administered, among 69 teachers who work in 5 special schools in Northern Greece. For the purpose of this study, questionnaires consisting of closed-ended questions were used.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Results:<\/em><\/strong><em> The results of this study demonstrate that teachers who work in special schools favor to work with a principal who adopts the transformational leadership style, who maximizes the teachers\u2019 sense of autonomy and constitutes a source of inspiration. In addition, this study demonstrate that when the school principal adopts the transformational leadership model as well as the democratic leadership style, then teachers\u2019 job satisfaction is enhanced.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Implications:<\/em><\/strong><em> Findings indicated that transformational leadership is the basis upon significant educational and organization issues should be addressed. Another&nbsp; purpose is to reveal the educational benefits from organizing a theatrical performance.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Methods: <\/em><\/strong><em>The empirical part of the study attempts to link the theoretical views, presented in the literature review part, to the school\u2019s reality through the organization of a theatrical play. The survey stages are presented in a sequence through the analysis of the play&#8217;s design and are linked to the elementary schools curriculum at the interdisciplinary level.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Results: <\/em><\/strong><em>The educational benefits resulting from this process are identified, and the importance and role of innovative models&nbsp; in the school\u2019s environment are highlighted. Using ICT innovations in the planning of the theatrical event brought students in touch with new technologies and greatly enhanced their digital skills. Moreover, their psychology and self-confidence were enhanced.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Implications: <\/em><\/strong><em>Students realized the value of strategy in organizing a cultural event. We investigated the degree of satisfaction of the education system users: students and parents, the services offered by the educational institutions: curricula, coaching- career guidance, teaching methods, recommendations, and which criteria they use to attend to one of them. Descriptive data analysis, Spearman&#8217;s correlation coefficient, nonparametric tests, were used to determine statistically significant differences and correlations between the variables.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Results:<\/em><\/strong><em> The results of the survey revealed that the most important criteria were, the educational material provided to students, the curricula, career guidance and counseling services, innovations in teaching methods and the less important were, wages of educational staff and advertising campaign.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Implications:<\/em><\/strong><em> These elements can be used in implementation of a strategic marketing plan. The administrative factors under investigation are the mode of administration, the efficiency of procedures, ICT skill enhancement and employees&#8217; performance, technological modernization efforts, and customer participation in decision-making. The study examines how these variables, affect the level of satisfaction of school principals.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Methods: <\/em><\/strong><em>Regression analysis and the maximum frequency of answers within the rating range of the six-level Likert scale are used. Pprimary data was obtained by using an electronic questionnaire which allows for the use of econometric techniques. The school principals of the Primary and Secondary Directorates of Education in Eastern Thessaloniki comprise the survey population.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Results: <\/em><\/strong><em>Results of the analysis show that administrative factors have a major impact and summatively affect customer satisfaction. Open learning is integral to ensuring the path to the implementation of innovative and high-quality study programs. In order to implement this idea, the problem of education arises and the questions that this article will try to answer: what are the parameters of the open learning process and what are the techniques for their recognition?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Methods:<\/em><\/strong><em> For problem investigation, scientific literature analysis and critical systemic analysis methods are be applied.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Results: <\/em><\/strong><em>Theoretical research allows to define the concept of open teaching \/ learning and identify its main characteristic, dimensions of recognition and their research criteria. The results of the theoretical research allow to assume that open teaching\/learning environment plays an important role in open learning\/teaching.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Implications:<\/em><\/strong><em> The matrix of the open learning process created in the article allows for the qualitative and innovative design of open learning studies in higher education. Comparisons are performed between the two countries, on issues of cooperation and communication (social activities, social skills and benefit of social interaction) in the learning and teaching processes in higher education.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Methods: <\/em><\/strong><em>Literature and document analysis helped to highlight the communication and cooperation as fundamental phenomena of the social competence, its importance for the digitalization and globalization. Empirical study is based on questionnaire survey method. Sample of the research consists of 226 participants: from Lithuania &#8211; 123 (53, 5%) and 103 (45, 6%) are from Spain. Statistical analysis was performed with IBM SPSS Statistics, version 25.
